Yesterday Began The Rest Of My Life

Yesterday was IMPORTANT!!! I decided to change my eating habits...Forever! This was significant, and with anything that's as significant as changing your life...Prayer was required! After praying I took INTENTIONAL Action and began Phase 1/day 1 of a 3 day cleanse to be followed by an additional 6 week phase 2. Now why am I sharing this? Simple, The KIRK ELIOTT Experience is about GROWTH in very facet of life. And it is important for you to see it coming from me. With that being said, it also comes at a time where re-vamping of my life is necessary!  What do I mean by this...let me tell you! It is time for me to operate in what I know! And that is GOD is GREAT and GOOD!!! PERIOD!!! But I have said things to myself that do not reflect that! So in essence, it's time to change the narrative...LITERALLY!!! It's time to say what GOD says about me! And do what GOD says I can DO!  So changing up the way I eat although good for the physical, is also good for me spiritually, mentally, financially, and any other 'ly' there could be! I believe that if we are healthier, we'll think (Proverbs 23:7) better about ourselves. Which will cause us to talk (Proverbs 18:20) better about ourselves. And if we think and talk better about ourselves, we'll say what GOD says about us! That we are the Head and Not the tail! We are Above and Not below! We'll believe that we will have whatever we say (Mark 11:23) Then we will speak LIFE into our finances, our health, and every other area that may have been dead! Because death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue (Proverbs 18:21) These thing are key in the Growth that I'm trying to experience for myself. I hope in some way I've inspired you to grow...at your own pace in whatever area you see fit!
